Processed materials
Today, our facility allows us to handle brass, aluminium, and ferrous materials with the same precision, offering tailor-made solutions for every industrial sector. Every material processed benefits from the Ottoman method: an advanced management and traceability protocol that monitors each single phase of production to ensure safety, stability, and maximum geometric accuracy.
Every phase of production is monitored through a detailed tracking system, ensuring maximum precision and safety in the management of materials:
Every project starts with an in-depth technical analysis of the client’s drawing. In addition to defining the turning cycle and tolerances, our method includes a preliminary study of the entire production flow: from identifying the turning cycle to selecting the most suitable machine, from control systems to the choice of the washing and packaging system. This engineering rigor allows us to guarantee consistent performance and a high standing on every batch.
PLUS: A quotation that is already an executive operating plan. Optimization of industrial costs and a guarantee of continuity for supplies destined for major global players.
Once the feasibility analysis is complete, we prepare a quotation based on the breakdown of the real industrial cost. The estimate integrates all the variables that emerged in the preliminary study: from the optimized machine cycle to the costs of special tooling, through to defining the washing logistics and estimating the packaging suited to weight and quantity.
PLUS: Total transparency on cost variables and communication of the first available order-fulfilment date already at the offer stage.
We use “Virtual Machine” technologies to simulate the entire machining process on a computer before the physical setup. This allows us to check clearances, prevent collisions between the slides, and optimize machine movements, ensuring that the real cycle time corresponds exactly to the one estimated.
PLUS: Elimination of downtime and the risk of error during setup, ensuring smooth and safe production from the very first part.
Order acquisition triggers the in-house design phase for tooling and preset equipment. We develop 3D models and detailed technical drawings to define the cutting geometries and appropriate tolerances, interfacing directly with the manufacturers for the final production.
PLUS: Drastic reduction in setup and “machine start-up” times thanks to the elimination of waiting for external design.
Every production order is transferred from the ERP system to the MES software, making the data accessible in real time to all departments. Through a finite-capacity scheduler, the platform analyzes the real machine loads and the availability of materials and tooling, defining a precise work sequence optimized on the basis of the resources actually available.
PLUS: Constant monitoring of progress status and the ability to respond immediately to schedule changes or client urgencies.
Upon receipt of the materials (brass, aluminium, or ferrous and non-ferrous alloys), we verify the compliance of the technical documentation. Each bundle is identified with a unique code that ensures complete traceability throughout the entire production process.
PLUS: Total safety in the management of materials and compliance guaranteed by the MES system in the association between raw material and production order.
We have a multi-spindle machine fleet that integrates mechanical and numerical-control technologies. This technological duality allows us to allocate each job to the most efficient resource: the mechanical lines guarantee tighter cycle times and competitiveness on standard geometries, while the CNC systems handle extreme precision, tight tolerances, and the most complex machining operations.
PLUS: Maximum competitiveness and operational flexibility. The integration of different production architectures ensures the best value for money on every component, guaranteeing high standards on both large series and high-complexity parts.
Every phase of production is monitored through constant geometric-dimensional checks. We prepare technical reporting and systematic sample checks to ensure that the final product strictly complies with the drawing and the required tolerances. Depending on the criticality of the part, we define specific monitoring frequencies, integrating instrumental tests with a visual screening: the first box of every batch is checked 100% by an expert to intercept any thermal drift or anomalies.
On request, we provide the advanced technical documentation required by the most demanding sectors (including PPAP, PSW, FMEA, and capability studies), material certificates, and reports relating to supplementary machining operations.
PLUS: Guarantee of component compliance. The reliability of the control system and the availability of complete documentation guarantee “ready-to-use” supplies.
Every component is treated in new-generation systems operating in full vacuum. This hermetic system ensures deep decontamination with no atmospheric emissions, using a closed-loop cycle that constantly regenerates the solvent. The technology combines vaporization at 180°C for oil removal with hydrokinetic rinsing with ultrasound, reducing energy consumption and environmental impact compared with traditional systems.
PLUS: Purity and sustainability. Removal of oily residues in complete safety for the operator and the environment, with zero-emission processes and reduced resource requirements.
We protect the value of the component through an automated Stretch Hood packaging system. This cold technology replaces traditional wrapping with a pre-stretched hood that adheres to the load through elastic memory, sealing the batch on five faces. The process completely eliminates thermal energy consumption and reduces the use of plastic material by up to 40%, guaranteeing a total barrier against dust and moisture during transport.
PLUS: Integrity and sustainability. Extreme load stability with zero risk of tipping and total protection against tampering or external agents, drastically reducing the environmental impact of logistics.
