Automation gives us a very high production capacity. We produce on average 12-15 million pieces per month, depending on the type of machining. The goal is for every single piece to be perfect. To achieve this, we designed a customized production system that guarantees maximum continuity: raw brass enters the machine and a finished piece comes out, with all its finishes, without the need for post-production reworking.
Our pieces are finished directly on the machine and this guarantees us better quality and certain times. Again automatically, the finished pieces, after being checked, are transported to the washing and boxing area. Thanks to this great automated system, we can guarantee safety, reliability, continuity and traceability of the product.

We have a large, technologically advanced machine park for brass turning, including the latest generation 6-spindle and 8-spindle Mori-Say lathes capable of machining diameters from 6 mm to 77 mm, in order to satisfy any requirement based on the technical drawings provided by our customers. Selected from among the most high-tech models on the market, all the machines are then customized to fit our production cycle and to satisfy the individual needs of the customer.
